  Don't Get Koobfaced

Koobface Flash UdateThere is a new virus out in the wild, and it's targeting Facebook members.

The Koobface virus spreads by sending enticing messages to Facebook friends with subject headers like "Look you were filmed all naked!" and "You look just awesome in this movie."

If the recipient clicks on the supplied link, he/she is taken to a page that looks like YouTube and then told to download new software in order to watch a film clip. The downloaded file contains the virus, which will then infect the computer and take users to contaminated sites when they try to use Google, Yahoo or other search engines.

If you feel that you may have been compromised by this (or any) virus, our technicians are ready to assist.

As a side note, if you have a Facebook account and would like to interact with more potential friends, hit us up on the Friends of PCS Group today. Even though the group was created 10 minutes ago, it's going to be where all the cool kids hang out. Drop by soon!
